Taskix Works Order and Authorized Change Terms
Scope and accepted quote
The identified customer and actual provider execute the job order with site, dates, deliverables, required licence, safety constraints, materials/labour and price/tax. A visit/diagnostic fee and any emergency surcharge must be disclosed before it is incurred. An estimate is clearly distinguished from a binding quote.
Changes defects and completion
The provider must stop and seek authorized approval for material extra cost or scope. Record the changed work and new price before proceeding, except a lawful specifically agreed urgent safety action. Completion evidence describes actual work and any outstanding defect; a customer acknowledgment does not waive mandatory conformity or hidden-defect rights.
Cancellation and disputes
Explain the actual statutory withdrawal/early-performance rule and contractual cancellation. Route workmanship and property-damage complaints to the real provider and appropriate insurance, with platform evidence/support available. Do not use a checkbox to settle unknown damage claims or employment status. No price, signature or licence is fabricated by this form.
