Taskix Marketplace and Ranking Transparency
1. Trader and platform roles
Before a relevant customer order, identify the actual provider, whether acting as trader/private seller, legal address/contact and any required licence. Explain which consumer protections apply to the actual seller type and which obligations belong to the operator. Verification is proportionate due diligence, not a guarantee of every claim. Where DSA trader-traceability requirements apply, collect/assess required information before allowing distance transactions and respect any lawful size/activity exclusions rather than assuming them.
2. Ranking paid placement and reviews
Publish the actual main ranking parameters and their relative importance, any paid influence, differential treatment of own offers and data access available to providers. Do not invent weights or undisclosed scoring. Clearly mark sponsored positions before a user relies on them; no hidden paid verification. Reviews require a truthful description of whether/how authenticity is assessed, not a promise of universal verification.
3. Restriction and provider remedies
State objective restriction, suspension and termination grounds in the actual provider contract. Where P2B applies, give required notice, reasons, change periods and complaint/mediation mechanisms with applicable exceptions. Do not use continued browsing as an automatic waiver. Maintain the notice/appeal process in MKT-02 and permit access to necessary past order data after exit where lawful.
4. Release dependency
The factual ranking registry, actual trader verification, data access and sponsored-fee model must be verified before this transparency text is published. Taskix cannot claim transactions, reviews or licensed providers that exist only in demonstrations.
Platform-specific terms
Ranking, sponsored placement and trader transparency
1. Listings are ordered by the main parameters stated on the listings page (for example relevance to the search, distance, availability, response time, verification status and user ratings). Paid placement, where offered, is labelled “Sponsored” and does not alter the stated organic parameters.
2. Each listing states whether the provider is a trader (business) or a private individual, so that you know whether consumer protection rules apply to the supply.
3. For providers, the ranking parameters, the effect of paid placement and the differentiated treatment of the Operator's own services (if any) are set out in the provider terms in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1150.
4. Reviews are published only after a verified outcome (completed order or booking) and are not edited for content; the Operator may remove reviews that breach C10.
