Taskix Notice Action and Appeal Policy
1. Reports
Reports about allegedly illegal content on Taskix should identify its location, reasons, applicable facts, supporting evidence and a contact unless law permits anonymity. Do not demand excessive sensitive records or publish a complainant's identity.
2. Decisions and reasons
Apply the stated lawful content rules proportionately. Preserve the evidence necessary to decide, notify affected parties with reasons where lawful, explain whether automation assisted the action and provide a review route. Bound high-stakes decisions to human authority. Legal restrictions, protection of others and evidence preservation may limit disclosure; document any exception.
3. Appeals and independent routes
Provide the complaint/appeal channel and applicable deadlines from the approved jurisdiction schedule. For services where the DSA requires internal complaints or certified out-of-court routes, identify the actual route and do not claim an unavailable mechanism. Consumers, business users and regulators retain applicable statutory avenues. No obsolete EU ODR link is supplied.
4. Transparency and records
Maintain scoped decision records and any legally required reporting. Process abuse/bad-faith reports fairly; no unreviewable AI ban or general monitoring promise is created. The Operator applies the notice-and-action, statement-of-reasons and internal-complaint rules in the Notice-and-Action Policy to all hosted third-party content.
Platform-specific terms
Notice-and-action, complaints and appeals (DSA-aligned)
1. Anyone may report content they consider illegal through «public_route»/report, stating the reason, the location of the content and their contact details. The Operator acknowledges receipt, assesses the report without undue delay and informs the reporter of the decision.
2. Where the Operator removes or restricts content, suspends an account or limits visibility, it gives the affected user a statement of reasons and access to an internal complaint route for 6 months from the decision. Complaints are decided by a person, not solely by automated means, within 15 business days.
3. The Operator may suspend users who frequently provide manifestly illegal content or manifestly unfounded reports, after warning.
4. Consumers may also use the out-of-court dispute route in C15.
