Taskix AI and Identity Use Policy

1. AI services on Taskix

1.1 Disclosure. Where you interact with an AI system (chat, voice, agent, digital twin or generated content), the Operator tells you so at the start of the interaction and labels AI-generated or AI-manipulated content in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. A voice or persona representing a real person is used only with that person's recorded permission.

1.2 Nature of outputs. AI outputs are generated from models and data that can be incomplete or wrong. They are information and assistance, not professional advice, and not a decision of the Operator. You remain responsible for decisions you take on the basis of an output. Where a decision has legal, financial, medical, educational or safety effect, the service routes it to a human reviewer or to you for decision, and the Operator does not make that decision automatically.

1.3 Human escalation. You may at any time request a human review of an AI interaction through support@taskix.net or the in-product escalation control; the Operator responds within 5 business days (consumer) or within the SLA (business).

1.4 Permitted use. You will not use AI features to impersonate a person without permission, to generate unlawful content, to circumvent safety controls, or to extract or reverse-engineer models. The Operator may suspend AI features for breach.

1.5 Recording and model use. Recordings, transcripts and uploads are used to provide the service to you. They are used to improve models only with your separate permission (purpose research_contribution), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the service.

2. What AI does and does not do on Taskix

2.1 AI features on Taskix are limited to: helping a customer structure a job description; summarising quotes and messages; drafting support answers; and flagging incomplete or inconsistent completion evidence for human review.

2.2 An AI feature does not: issue or accept a quote; set or change a price; authorise a change order; suspend, verify or rank a professional on its own; decide a complaint; or assess a professional's licence. Each of those actions is taken by the customer, the professional or a person at the Operator.

2.3 An AI price indication shown before quotes arrive is labelled as an indication and is not an offer by any professional.

3. Identity, voice and likeness

3.1 Taskix does not create a voice or visual representation of you or of a professional. If such a feature is introduced it is governed by a separate permission (purpose likeness_persona) presented before first use, and this policy is reissued as a new version.

3.2 You will not use an AI feature to pose as a licensed professional you are not, to fabricate credentials, reviews or completion evidence, or to impersonate another user.

3.3 Voice calls or recordings between customers and professionals are not recorded by the platform.

4. Data used by AI features

4.1 AI features process only the job, quote and message content you submit for that feature, within your tenant. They do not use another user's or another tenant's data to answer you, and they do not use your data to answer another user.

4.2 Content submitted to an AI feature is retained under the Privacy Notice (PUB-02, clause 6) and is not used to train models unless you enable research_contribution, which Taskix does not currently offer.

5. Safety

5.1 For an emergency (gas leak, electrical fire, flooding, structural danger) contact the local emergency number. The AI assistant is not an emergency or monitoring service.

5.2 Report an unsafe or misleading AI output through the in-product control or support@taskix.net; a person reviews it within 5 business days.
